Yes. In our initial consultation we will plan the sessions around your organization’s needs.
How long are your sessions/workshops?
Our shortest offerings are 1 to 2 hours in person/online sessions; we also provide half day, full day, three-day events, and longer depending on our client’s needs.
How many participants are in each session/workshop?
Each workshop and session is uniquely designed for the client. This can be 1-on-1 leadership coaching sessions with individuals, or a tailored training facilitation session that includes an entire department/team.

What locations do you service?
We principally work in the New England area covering Eastern Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Easter Massachusetts. Currently, we offer a limited range of sessions online too.
What is the background of your instructors?
Byron Willeford
Through the Gray was founded by Byron Willeford after 22 years of military service in the United States Coast Guard with a specific focus on organizational performance and leadership development.
Byron is qualified to deliver MBTI, SDI and DiSC; certified in 6 Sigma, certified as a United States Coast Guard Master Organizational Performance Consultant and Master Training Specialist. He was the lead instructor and course developer for the USCG and served as an Assistant Professor for Marine and Environmental Studies at the United States Coast Guard Academy. He is a member of the Association for Psychological Type international and has presented at their biennial conferences in 2009, 2011 and 2013.
Anmol Kalsi, PhD
Anmol is from London, England and has recently moved to Providence, R.I. He completed his PhD in Information Studies at the University of South Carolina in 2017 and has taught courses in Knowledge Management, Business Information, and Socio-informatics. He has also worked as a freelance UX writer, and spent 3 years working as a Researcher for Macquarie Group (an investment bank based in London).
